This case is made entirely in the hoop. (2 hoopings) No other sewing required. This case is a tri fold case. It has a place for an entire purse sized pack of tissues and also has a pocket built in the middle section. Can also be used to discreetly carry personal hygiene products. As easy as laying pieces of fabric over stitched guidelines. Full detailed easy step by step instruction included.
