These are true drawstring bags with casings.

Make the  bag  in two hoopings. The buttonholes, casings and final seams are all stitched in the hoop. The bow and beak are made in the 4x4 hoop.  NO OTHER SEWING REQUIRED! Full detailed step by step instructions included. These are quick and easy to make.  Fill them with candy or small gifts.  Use printed fabrics  for the hat  for many different looks.

This set includes the "Made in the Hoop" BOW also.
